A few hours later, the plumber arrived, inspected the sump pump, and confirmed that a replacement was necessary.
Mr. Lama then asked about the cost of the new sump pump and repair services. The plumber quoted a price that was much higher than expected.
It took Mr. Lama almost half a day to find a plumber who could replace his broken sump pump at an affordable price.
One evening, a few weeks later, after Mr. Lama had finished mowing his lawn, neighbors stopped by to compliment its appearance and asked for a plumber's recommendation regarding a sump pump issue they had heard about.
After his neighbor repeatedly asked for a plumber's contact information, Mr. Lama decided to create an online business information lookup website called findbo.net, specifically for Michigan residents.

The findbo.net site provides a list of essential businesses/ contractors and their services, such as plumbers, garage door repair, auto repair, carpet cleaning, plumbing, electricians, heating and cooling, roofing, towing, physical therapists, chiropractors, and more.
