Questions concerning the use of the Sites should be directed to Feedback. Notices to FINDBO should be sent to the address listed on the Sites. We will notify you at the address you submitted or to another address FINDBO reasonably determines is appropriate.​ 

FINDBO's contact information is listed on the Sites. FINDBO makes no claims that the Content is appropriate or may be downloaded outside of the United States. Access to the Content may not be legal by certain persons or in certain countries, and such persons have no right to access or use the Sites. If you access FINDBO from outside of the United States, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction. This Agreement and your Service Activation Agreement, if you have one, are governed by the internal substantive laws of the State of Michigan without respect to its conflict of laws principles. Jurisdiction for any claims arising under this Agreement or your Service Activation Agreement shall lie exclusively with Michigan's state or federal courts. Suppose any provision of this Agreement is invalid by any court with competent jurisdiction. In that case, the invalidity of all or part of a provision shall not affect the validity of this Agreement's remaining parts and provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect. All provisions of this Agreement shall survive termination except those granting access or use to the Sites, and you shall cease all your use and access thereof immediately. You may not assign or transfer your obligations under this Agreement. No term of this Agreement shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such or any other term. Except as expressly provided by Find Business in a particular "Legal Notice" or material on particular web pages of the Sites, this Agreement and your Service Activation Agreement, where applicable, constitute the entire agreement between you and FINDBO. 

You may not post any Document to a Site that contains URLs or links to web sites websites other than to recruitment-related pages on your company website (to advertise your company or website, see our Advertising Info page.); copyrighted material (unless you own the copyright or have the owner's permission to post the copyrighted material); trade secrets (unless you own them or have the owner's permission to post them); material that infringes on or misappropriates any other intellectual property rights, or violates the privacy or publicity rights of others; irrelevant keywords or white text keywords (including any words embedded in the Document and hidden from the User); anything that is discriminatory, sexually explicit, obscene, libelous, defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, or hateful; or anything embarrassing or offensive to another person or entity.

You may not use a Document(s) to impersonate another person, living or dead; post false, inaccurate, or misleading information, opinions, or notices (commercial or otherwise) or chain letters; post advertisements or solicitations of business (including, but not limited to, email processors, any pyramid scheme or "club membership"); provided, however, that FINDBO may allow posting of specific discounts and deals opportunities. Your Document(s) must contain sufficient detail to convey clearly to the User the nature and requirements of the job opportunity or, in the case of Users seeking employment, your qualifications as a candidate. Documents encouraging the User to "email for more details" are prohibited.

Job postings must describe individual openings for traditional W-2 or 1099 employees. You may not advertise multiple job openings in a single posting. In limited circumstances, at FINDBO's sole discretion, FINDBO allows non-traditional job postings such as education/training, business opportunities, franchise, and multi-level marketing opportunities to be posted on the Sites. These non-traditional job postings may require an investment of time and money by the User seeking the position. FINDBO reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to move, modify, or remove entirely non-traditional job postings if FINDBO deems such job posting to conflict with the best interests of its Users or detract from the User experience. Resume postings must contain the accurate resume of a living individual seeking full-time, part-time, or contractual employment on their behalf. FINDBO is not obligated to monitor the documents posted on the sites, but it may monitor Them randomly. Documents that violate the above Posting Rules may be removed at FINDBO sole discretion's sole discretion.​ ​

You may not respond to postings by other Users in any manner or for any purpose other than that which is expected (i.e., to apply for the job or to initiate further discussion with the candidate). Communications soliciting the Employer's business are prohibited.

You may not send unsolicited commercial emails to Users, and protect your password. Your FINDBO account and any related Services accessed through such account are to be accessed and used solely by you. Upon successfully registering a FINDBO account, you will be provided with a unique password that will permit you to access the account. You may not provide your password or otherwise permit access to your FINDBO account to any third party. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your information and password. You agree to protect and keep your password confidential, to change your password regularly, and to maintain appropriate and regularly updated malware scanning and cleaning tools on your network and individual computer(s). You are responsible for all uses of your account, whether or not you authorize it. You risk losing access if others use your password to post inappropriate material on the Sites. You agree to notify FINDBO immediately of unauthorized use of your account or password. You may not delete or revise any material posted by any other person or entity. Suppose at any time FINDBO understands that you misled FINDBO regarding your business practices and services or purchased services that do not represent your precise business. In that case, FINDBO, reserves the right to terminate your Agreement.

FINDBO grants you a limited, personal, terminable, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to access the FINDBO Resume Database via the Sites to view and download a single copy of the available paper resume solely for your use.

The Resume Database is to be accessed and used solely by those you authorize to access the Resume Database through your account (each an "Authorized User"). Each authorized user may be accessed using unique login credentials. You are only permitted to assign one Authorized User, and Authorized Users may not share their login credentials with co-workers or 20 Resumes per day, depending on the Resume Database. Please note that the term "download" shall include viewing or saving a Resume to a folder, printing a Resume, copying a Resume, emailing or forwarding a Resume to third parties.

Depending on the Resume Database, authorized Users may download one resume at a time, up to 20 Resumes per day. Please note that the term "download" shall include viewing or saving a Resume to a folder, printing a Resume, copying a Resume, emailing or forwarding a Resume, and any other action that results or could result in your use of a Resume or any of the information contained therein.

Neither you nor your Authorized Users may use the Resume Database in any way which, in FINDBO's sole judgment, adversely affects clicking business, business prospects, the performance or function of any Site or the Resume Database, or interferes with the ability of other subscribers to access the Resume Database. Further, use of the Resume Database by you or your Authorized Users may not interfere with or violate, in any manner, the privacy election of Find Business Job Seekers. You understand and agree that any violation of the term will give clicking the right to terminate any access to the Resume Database immediately and to terminate any corresponding Agreements.

You and your Authorized Users may use your subscription to the Resume Database only for seeking candidates for employment and are expressly prohibited from using information contained in the Resume Database to sell or promote any products or services, send emails that, in Find Business's sole judgment, are excessive in frequency or contain job postings that are irrelevant to the work history of particular classes of Job Seekers or take any other action that is, in Find Business sole judgment, inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions, misleading or incomplete, or in violation of any Federal, State, Local law, statute, code, rule, or regulation. The company understands and agrees that if the Company uses the Resume Database in violation of the preceding restrictions, then clicking may, at its sole discretion, terminate the Company's company understands and agrees that if the Company uses the Resume Database in violation of the preceding restrictions, then FINDBO may, at its sole discretion, t.

FINDBO may terminate, suspend, update, alter, or supplement, at its sole discretion, all or any part of the Resume Database at any time. By permitting access to the clicking Resume Database, FINDBO does not convey any interest in or to the Resume Database or any other clicking property or Services. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Resume Database shall remain in FINDBO. 

You are required to set up a FINDBO account to use the Services. You acknowledge that your account is personal to you. You are responsible for the quality and integrity of the data in your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your username, password, or any other security breach.

You agree not to do the following:

• Use the Services in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
• Post private information of other Services users, including names, email addresses, phone numbers, or financial information.
• Engage in any conduct that restricts anyone's use or enjoyment of the Services or which, in our opinion, may harm FINDBO or users of the Services. Or which, in our opinion, may harm clicking
• Use the Services in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or limit our ability to provide the Services.
• Use any manual process to monitor or copy any material on the Services or for any other unauthorized purpose without our prior written consent.
• Attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Services.
• Reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any Services.
• Use the Services for any fraudulent purposes.
• Transfer, resell, lease, license, or otherwise make available the Services to third parties.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Services or any server, computer, or database connected to the Services.

FINDBO reserves the right to change or stop providing the Services at any time and to terminate your use of the Services at any time for any reason. FINDBO will not be liable if, for any reason, the Services are unavailable.

You agree that any information related to your signup or registration request is your personal property and that you have all rights, title, and permission to request and allow the moving of the item. You agree that the performance of the Services will not result in the violation of any third party's ownership or privacy rights.

You acknowledge and agree that all testimonials submitted to FINDBO will become and remain our exclusive property, even if these Terms of Use provisions are later modified or terminated. This means that you irrevocably grant FINDBO the unrestricted right (now and in the future, without notice, compensation, or other obligation to you or any other person) to use your statement, image, or likeness as they may be used in any medium, in connection with an advertisement or for any other publicity purpose. You further agree that FINDBO may use any percentage of your testimonial, image, likeness, and works in any way it sees fit and may exclude your name or use a fictional name. 

These Terms of Use will remain full force and effect while you use the Services. You may deactivate your account at any time, for any reason, and FINDBO may terminate or suspend your account at any time, for any reason. After your account is terminated, all terms of this agreement shall survive such termination and continue in full force and effect, except for any terms that, by their nature, expire or are fully satisfied.  

Your use of the Services is at your own risk. The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties, either express or implied. Neither FINDBO nor any person associated with FINDBO makes any warranty or representation concerning the completeness, security, reliability, quality, accuracy, or availability of the Services. Without limiting the preceding, neither FINDBO nor anyone associated with FINDBO represents that the Services will be accurate, reliable, error-free, or uninterrupted, that defects will be corrected, that the Services are free of viruses or other harmful components, or that the Services will otherwise meet your needs or expectations.

FINDBO disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, statutory or otherwise, including but not limited to any warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, and fitness for a particular purpose.

When permitted by law, FINDBO, its affiliates or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, or directors will not be liable for damages of any kind, under any legal theory, arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use, the Services, including any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages. 

The FINDBO generally begins processing your registration or signup (which may include face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and email notes to validate your information) upon submitting a complete registration form. If you submit a form, you agree to cooperate in the registration process (including submitting all required information & documentation promptly) and, if needed, to obtain information FINDBO may need from third parties such as your current employer, company, etc. In addition, you agree to notify FINDBO of any changes in any information submitted concerning your registration.

You agree that these Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed by the laws of the State of Michigan without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use or using this website shall be filed only in the state or federal courts in Livingston County, Michigan. You, at this moment, consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts to prosecute any such action.
